The hotel's location is great, close to attractions in Marin County and the Marin Civic Center. The room was modern, neat, and on the Honors level with a comfortable bed. The service was amazing, and the food was excellent.

The reception in the evening and the breakfast were both great. Staff was great and helpful when we were looking for dinner outside the hotel.

The only thing I really didn't like is early in the morning you heard nothing but the flushing of toilets and the sound of people peeing above us and flushing around us. I have never stayed in a hotel where it was so apparent and loud. It was a solid 2 hours while I was still trying to sleep so it made it more annoying to have to listen to that and try and sleep.

The staff was courteous the whole time of my stay. The location was favorable and excellent, close enough to great recommendations for dinner and downtown. The venue was not very far from Century Cinema Northgate.

Our room was newly decorated, the staff was attentive. We had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven plus a clean bathroom.

My room was very nice and the bed was comfy.

The hot pool/ jacuzzi jets were ineffective and did not circulate the water, the sides were scaly and moldy. There were no stores close. The restaurant was marginal.

Lots of food at the breakfast, but poor quality. Mold on shower walls, outlet between beds only had one functioning. No sceen on the window.
